For e-books and other digital products such as webinars and videos there is no refund policy.

Once you order one of our consultations, you have 24 hours from the time of your payement to ask for a full 100% refund.
50% of your fees will be refunded if you cancel your order between 24hrs to 72 hrs from the time of your payment. After which no refund will be issued. 

Best and fastest way to get a refund 
STEP 1 - Write an email to us - mail@jayashreebose.com and prosper@geo-principles.com. Do allow us 48 hrs on working days and 72 hours or more on non-working days and holidays to respond (don't worry your refund will be processed according to the date and time you have sent your email to us). 
STEP 2 - Our team will make sure you get your money back without any hassle or questions asked. The refund process will take about 5-7 working days from the date of our response as stated in Step 1 and during holiday season it could be longer (10- 12  working days).
